Consultative Sales
Director of Client Services
YOUR ROLE:
Know that your role as a Director of Client Services for Tony Robbins and Chet Holmes is the most important position in the BBI organization. You represent Tony Robbins and Chet Holmes. At all times you will conduct yourself with professionalism, intelligence and confidence. You will build a stronger personal relationship with the client than anyone else in the BBI organization by identifying and understanding their needs and then providing world class solutions in the form of a Referral or Sale to one (or more) of Tony and Chet’s business resources. You are the Personal Concierge for all BBI clients assigned to you and you will help steer them in the most logical direction to ensure they have a smooth journey within our BBI organization.
We are a Team of dynamic, well educated, highly competent, Sales SuperStars that represent BBI across every single product/service line. We have built an Elite Service Culture that everyone is expected to uphold.
YOUR ATTITUDE:
- You assume the sale on every call.
- As “CONCIERGE” to all BBI clients you have a burning desire to help, serve and assist business owners to Double their Sales using Tony and Chet’s strategies and tactics.
- You naturally build rapport with clients by intently listening to them with a genuine desire to determine their “real” business needs.
- You believe your reward ($) will come by providing world class client service in your role as a Concierge for all BBI clients.
- You bring a positive, always can do attitude every day.
- You have a total mastery of Tony and Chet’s strategies and tactics and are able to apply them in a wide variety of businesses and circumstances.
YOUR DUTIES:
- Your primary duty is to close business. Make sales daily on the phone. (If you do not have what it takes to be on the phone and close business all day, every day… then do not apply. If this is not you then you will not be successful in this position. This is a true Sales SuperStar position. You must have experience and show that you have been successful in the past.)
- Your Vendor position is not to solve the client’s challenge(s) but to identify, highlight and develop that challenge(s) to put yourself in a position to demonstrate to the client how a Referral or Sale to one (or more) of our many BBI Divisions can solve their challenge(s).
- Thoroughly familiarize yourself with all of Tony and Chet’s strategies and tactics (know the UBMS).
- Contact and have conversations with every client assigned to you on a timely basis.
- Fully qualify each client before making a Referral or Sale.
- Resolve all client complaints, concerns and issues in an acceptable manner to the client.
- Attend all required BBI meetings.
- Follow all BBI and Client Services Division policies and procedures as instructed.

This job requires an Inside Sales superstar, a top-performer, who has a track record of proven sales success closing deals on the phone. Heavy Hitters (and only Heavy Hitters) are needed by our Breakthrough Consulting division. This division is growing rapidly because we are dealing with C-class executives, CEOs and business owners in companies with revenues of $10 million up to $1 Billion plus, who want us to help them to grow even further.
This is a position where you will be dealing directly with top level executives and business owners. For this reason, qualifications include: having run or started a successful business or company, or run a multi-million dollar Division of a larger company.
Applicants must have a proven track record of sales and marketing excellence, along with building and managing successful teams, processes, policies, etc. Decades of high level, sales, marketing, management and business growth performance are essential to even be considered for this elite position.
Any management coaching or consulting experience is a plus.
The role of a Breakthrough Consultant is to effectively consult and intimately engage high level BBI clients to dramatically grow their business and achieve their overall goals. Your goal, as a consultant, is to create a raving fan of our company, our concepts, and our products and services. This is achieved by:
- Closing BBI prospects on a Consulting engagements starting at 6 months and $250,000.00.
- Establishing goals and strategic objectives with BBI clients and how they will achieve those goals and produce results.
- Offering ideas and strategies and implement them with BBI clients.
- Identifying the challenges, gaps, needs, and goals of BBI clients and identify the solutions.
- Expertly guide clients while intimately involving themselves in the engagement every step of the way to expertly police and deploy the initiatives set forth by the client.
- Use BBI’s time tested methods to effectively implement and integrate Core Story into their marketing strategies and procedures.
- Leveraging and recommending other services within BBI that will serve the client.
- Communicate the other tools, calls, resources available to BBI clients that will help their business.
- Creating measurement and tracking systems within their client’s environments to measure performance and improvement.
- Managing and tracking BBI clients within BBI’s CRM.
- Utilizing internal tools available and housed within Touchstone to maximize and create a valuable experience for BBI clients.
- Downselling BBI clients to coaching when engagement is complete and client needs less involvement or downsell BBI clients to coaching when a consulting engagement is too financially burdensome for client.
